Originates from a project initiated by Impact Developer & Contractor S.A., a leading real estate developer in Romania, together with REIT Capital S.A. (founded and owned by SSIF BRK Financial Group S.A.).
2000
March
The company is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), AeRO market, under the ticker symbol REIT.
June
Star Residence Invest S.A. successfully conducts a share capital increase by cash contribution, with pre-emption rights, attracting RON 5.7 million in new funds.
Onward
Following the private placement and transfer of shares, REIT Capital S.A. assumes the management of the Issuer.

The transformation of Star Residence Invest into Star Invest marks a rebranding and strategic realignment to drive the next stage of growth.
